Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time to check in, complete your Guest Pre-Treatment Form and relax before your service.

In the case of late arrivals, the foot service will be excluded or the treatment time may be shortened.

For cancellations occurring after these designated periods, a 50% charge for late cancellations or 100% charge for no-show appointments will be made.

Required completion before your service

Before your service, you may be required to complete a Guest Form to safeguard your well-being and comfort, and to allow us to safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury.

The Belle SPA assures and maintains guest confidentiality to the strictest standards.

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications, as some services may be limited.

16세 이하 고객은 스파 입장이 제한됩니다.

단독 고객의 서비스는 불가하며 반드시 보호자의 동의서가 필요합니다.

제한은 콘래드 스파 책임자의 재량에 의해 결정될 수 있습니다.

Children under 16 restrictions

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services.

Children under the age of 16 may need a signed waiver and/or be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian for services.

Age restrictions for those under age 16 receiving services will be at the management's discretion.

환불 불가

상품권은 환불이 불가하며, 유효한 상품권은 예약, 결제시 내용물 사전 이용 조건을 확인한 현장 사용만 가능합니다.

Non-refundable

Gift certificates are not refundable. Please review all terms and conditions.

To secure your appointment, we will request a gift certificate number.

However, you can pay for services on the day of your appointment with cash, credit card or gift certificate.

• 선택된 트리트먼트 외의 제품은 별도 구매가 가능합니다.

• 더벨 스파 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 예약 가능합니다.

• 임신 초기 16주 이내의 분들께는 트리트먼트 프로그램을 권장하지 않습니다.

• 임산부 고객은 16주부터 트리트먼트를 받으실 수 있습니다.

• 충분한 휴식을 위해 핸드폰이나 다른 통신 기기 사용을 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.

Additional Guidelines

• For the comfort of all of our clients, The Belle SPA is a smoke-free environment and alcohol is prohibited.

• We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room. Selected locations provide safety deposit boxes for your convenience.

• Selected services are available to book online.

• We do not perform any treatments during the first trimester 16 weeks of pregnancy. After 16 weeks, pregnancy management is available.

• All areas of the spa, including locker and lounges areas, are cell phone and other personal communications device free zones.
